The Independent Census Scientific Advisory Committee (I-CSAC) will hold its Fall 2026 meeting on Thursday, September 17, from 2:00–5:00 PM ET.

• 2030 Census Potential Residence Criteria and Demographic Questions

Public Comment Opportunity
The meeting is also an opportunity for outside experts, stakeholders, and members of the public to share their perspectives on census issues. Comments may address any census-related issue, not just the topics included on the committee's agenda.

Although Census Bureau staff will not participate in the meeting, all public comments will be transmitted to the Bureau alongside I-CSAC's recommendations. Comments will also be posted on the I-CSAC website and included in the meeting record.
