"The pilot training program blends asynchronous e-learning and applied labs, live learning sessions, optional mentorship, and an asynchronous community of practice.

"Participants will engage data science through a leadership lens, equipping participants to move from analysis to action by aligning data insights with mission, equity goals, community needs, and strategic decision-making. Participants build core data competencies alongside leadership skills such as systems thinking, adaptive leadership, communication, and change management, preparing them to confidently lead data-informed initiatives—from data modernization and quality improvement to equity-centered analytics—within public health systems. Following the completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of completion.

"This program is intended for early- to mid-career public health data professionals with approximately 3–8 years of experience who are ready to expand their role, influence, and leadership impact."
