"The Research Associate II plays a key role in supporting the implementation and day-to-day management of research and evaluation projects. Working closely with the Assistant Director, Principal Investigator (PI), Research Director, and Center staff, this position coordinates data collection, entry, and preliminary analysis while ensuring strict adherence to research protocols and IRB requirements. The role involves maintaining accurate project documentation, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and communicating effectively with a wide range of partners, including campus faculty, K–12 schools, community organizations, and state agencies.
"This position is contingent upon funding availability. This position is unable to provide visa sponsorship. The Center is particularly interested in candidates with evaluation experience and those who have worked with or within K–12 schools.
"Minimum Position Qualifications: Master’s degree in relevant area with three years of experience. Doctoral degree strongly preferred. Hiring Range $50,000.00 - $55,000.00"
