"The CCTS Associate Director of Evaluation and Tracking plans, develops and implements the unit's core mission strategies including overseeing the development of processes for capturing output and outcome data used to evaluate performance effectiveness and track progress and impact among the various programs of the CCTS. Develops objectives and design research and data collection procedures for the Evaluation and Tracking Program. Provide expertise in science policy and studies of collaboration and interdisciplinarity. This position works with senior leadership and core directors to collect evaluation data, produce regular and periodic reports to meet aims and communicate accurate reporting of evaluation findings. Serves as team lead for the CTSA Consortium Impact committee and working groups; and represents the CTSA at national meetings and within the national CTSA consortium."
